These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and participation in the Become Tank Ready mentorship program (the "Program"), offered by Become Tank Ready ("we," "us," "our"). By enrolling in the Program, submitting payment, or using this website, you ("you," "founder," "client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Become Tank Ready is an independent mentorship service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Shark Tank, Shark Tank India, Sony Pictures Television, Sony Pictures Networks India, Sony LIV, ABC, or any of their parent companies, affiliates, or licensors. "Shark Tank" and "Shark Tank India" are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced on this site solely to describe the show founders are applying to and the mentor's own factual, personal experience on it.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to enroll. The Program is intended for active, operating businesses; it is not designed for businesses still at the idea stage with no operations.
The Program is a 6-month mentorship engagement covering business/pitch preparation, application and audition support, and post-air growth strategy. It is not a guarantee of casting, selection, filming, an investment offer, or any specific business or financial outcome. Results described on this site, including the founder's own personal results, are individual and not typical.
Program fees are $9,999 USD (Shark Tank US track) or ₹2,00,000 plus applicable GST (Shark Tank India track), payable either as a single lump-sum payment at enrollment or under an installment/stage-wise payment plan offered at enrollment. All fees are due as scheduled regardless of payment plan chosen.
All fees are non-refundable. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances, including partial completion, missed sessions, voluntary withdrawal, or dissatisfaction with the Program. The sole remedy if a founder is not selected/cast is the Selection Guarantee, and only under the conditions stated on our Guarantee Policy page.
The Selection Guarantee is available only to founders who pay the full Program fee in a single lump-sum payment at enrollment. Founders who enroll under any installment or stage-wise plan are not eligible for the Selection Guarantee under any circumstances, even if they later complete payment in full. This condition cannot be waived after enrollment.
Except for the specific, limited Selection Guarantee, we make no representation or warranty that you will be selected, cast, filmed, receive an investment offer, close a deal, or achieve any particular business or financial result.
All frameworks, materials, curricula, templates, and methodologies provided during the Program remain our property and may not be copied, resold, or distributed. We treat your business information as confidential and expect the same regarding our proprietary materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your business, statements, or conduct, including claims from any Shark, investor, or the show's producers.
US track: governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. India track: governed by the laws of India, with courts/arbitration seated in Delhi. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before filing any claim; unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration except where urgent injunctive relief is sought. (Working defaults — recommended for review by qualified counsel in each country.)
The India track is operated by Raghav Mahajan, proprietor, trading as KIMCHI Industries, GST-registered in Delhi (GSTIN available on request/invoice).

We collect and use personal information to provide our mentorship services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Contact details (name, email, WhatsApp/phone number); business information you provide (industry, revenue range, business stage); your Shark Tank application status; your payment-plan interest; and any messages you send us.
To evaluate and respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct strategy calls, administer the Program if you enroll, and send Program-related and, where you haven't opted out, occasional marketing updates.
We use third-party service providers — currently Wix (hosting/forms), Google (calendar scheduling), and email providers — who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
This site is intended for founders in the United States and India, but may be accessed globally; your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving marketing communications, by emailing raghav@becometankready.com.
This site and Program are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18.

We are confident enough in our process to back it with a real guarantee — read the conditions below carefully, since eligibility depends on how you paid.
If you (1) paid the full Program fee in a single lump-sum payment at enrollment, (2) completed all three phases of the Program, and (3) participated in good faith throughout, but you are not selected to be cast for filming for the season you targeted, we will enroll you in the Program again for the next applicable season at no additional cost.
The Guarantee is re-enrollment only. No cash refund is issued under any circumstances, whether or not the Guarantee applies.
The Selection Guarantee applies only to founders who paid in full, in one lump-sum payment, at enrollment. Founders on an installment or stage-wise payment plan are not eligible, even if they later complete payment in full. This condition is fixed at the moment you choose your payment plan.
The Guarantee applies exclusively to the specific track and season you enrolled in, and does not carry over between tracks. It does not apply if you are selected, cast, and filmed, but do not receive or close a deal with an investor — that outcome is outside our control. Valid once per founder/business, once per cohort.
This Guarantee Policy is incorporated into, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. If anything here ever appears to conflict with the Terms, the stricter condition (lump-sum-only eligibility, no cash refund) controls.

A note on Legal Metrology: the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and its Packaged Commodities Rules govern declarations (net quantity, MRP, manufacturer details) on pre-packaged physical goods. Become Tank Ready sells a mentorship service, not a packaged commodity, so those specific declarations do not apply here. What does apply — and what this page and our Terms/Guarantee pages are built to satisfy — is the online-seller transparency and grievance-redressal regime under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules above.

The US track is subject to the Federal Trade Commission Act's prohibition on unfair or deceptive acts or practices, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), together with applicable state consumer-protection laws. There is no single US federal equivalent to India's Legal Metrology framework; instead, the operative obligation is clear, truthful, and non-deceptive disclosure of all material terms before payment — which is why our pricing, refund policy, and guarantee conditions are stated in full on this site and in our Terms of Service before any strategy call leads to enrollment.
