Current Mentorship Offer
The current India Become Tank Ready private mentorship is sold as a one-time Complete Shark Tank Preparation Program at ₹2,00,000 plus applicable GST. Where GST is 18%, the total checkout amount is ₹2,36,000. It is not a monthly subscription or recurring charge unless a separate written offer expressly states otherwise.
The Three Program Guarantees
Money-Back Guarantee: after paying, the founder may have the first completed live 1-to-1 video meeting with Raghav Mahajan and experience the mentorship. If it is not right for the founder, an eligible refund request must be received within 24 hours after that first meeting ends and before any second 1-to-1 mentorship meeting. Full procedure is in the Refund & Guarantee Policy.
Try Again Guarantee: an eligible founder who pays the full Program fee, participates in good faith, timely completes requirements within the founder's control, and is not selected to progress in the applicable Shark Tank season receives preparation for one next applicable season at no additional mentorship fee. This is continued preparation, not a cash refund, and is subject to the conditions in the Refund & Guarantee Policy.
₹2 Lakh Marketing Guarantee: if an episode featuring the enrolled founder and business actually publicly airs or is officially released as a Shark Tank episode after the founder prepared with Become Tank Ready and remains eligible under the Program Terms, BTR funds and manages up to ₹2,00,000 of co-branded marketing for the founder's brand. It is a managed marketing budget, not cash payable to the founder, and it does not guarantee sales, leads, reach or ROAS. No Shark Tank Affiliation or Selection Guarantee
Become Tank Ready is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Shark Tank, Shark Tank India, Sony Pictures Television, Sony Pictures Networks India, Sony LIV, ABC, Disney, the show's producers, or the Sharks/investors. BTR does not control casting, filming, editing, broadcast or investment decisions and does not guarantee selection, casting, filming, airing, an investment offer or completion of any deal.
Third-Party Intellectual Property
References to Shark Tank describe the subject of the service. Neither enrollment nor the ₹2 Lakh Marketing Guarantee grants BTR or a founder rights to use broadcaster, production-company, Shark Tank, Sony, ABC or other third-party logos, footage, screenshots, music or intellectual property. Any such use requires the necessary rights or permissions.
India — Consumer and E-Commerce Information
Seller/service-provider identity and contact details are stated above. Program scope, pricing, guarantees, refund process, limitations and dispute provisions are stated in the Terms of Service and Refund & Guarantee Policy. Digital-product refund rules are also stated there. Payments are processed through Shopify and relevant payment providers; BTR does not ordinarily receive full card, bank or UPI credentials.
Nothing in our Terms or policies removes a consumer right or statutory remedy that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect and how we use it. We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures to advertising partners can be treated as "sale", "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Eligible users can use the Your Privacy Choices page or supported Global Privacy Control signals where applicable.
International Customers
Customers outside India may pay through payment providers that apply their own currency-conversion rates and charges. Mandatory consumer, privacy and cancellation rights in a customer's jurisdiction continue to apply where they cannot legally be waived.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are handled under the Terms of Service. For India-based Program purchases, the parties first attempt good-faith resolution. Subject to non-waivable consumer rights and other mandatory law, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Delhi in English before a sole arbitrator under applicable Indian arbitration law.
